RPSSI Out In
The Community
This Spring, the RPSSI promoted the Nassau Program prevention and education of HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infections (skis) at several community events in Nassau County including the Westbury Street Fair on May 21st, Nick Connon’s Wild & Out Show at Jones Beach Theater on June 2nd, the Richard M. Brodsky Foundation AIDS Cancer Run Walk on June \2th and PFY’s Pride After Dark on June 2\st. At each event participants had the opportunity to ploy STI Trivia, earning more prizes (RPSSI swag!) the more trivia questions they answered, right or wrong – our goal was to educate and inform the community about the mony FREE services provided by the RPSSI Nassau Program! At each event we had eager participants with lines forming at times.
